Aurelion Diamonds is operated by EC Aurelion Ltd.
1. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the Customer receives the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform Aurelion Diamonds of their decision by means of a clear statement, for example by email to concierge@aureliondiamonds.com.
2. Effects of Withdrawal
If the Customer withdraws from the agreement, all payments received from the Customer, including standard delivery costs where applicable, will be refunded.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the day on which Aurelion Diamonds is informed of the withdrawal.
Aurelion Diamonds may withhold reimbursement until the returned product has been received or until proof of return shipment has been provided.
3. Conditions for Returns
Returned products must:

Be unworn and unused

Be returned in original condition

Be returned in the original packaging

Include all accompanying items, including certificates, boxes and documentation

Show no signs of damage, alteration, resizing or modification
The Customer is responsible for proper packaging and secure return shipment.
4. Return Costs
The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
Aurelion Diamonds is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during return shipment.
We strongly recommend using a fully insured and trackable shipping service.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Made-to-Order Engagement Rings

Bespoke Jewellery
-
The Vault Collection
-
Products made according to the Customer's specifications

Engraved or personalised items
-
Any item that has been customised, resized, modified or specially produced for the Customer
All Made-to-Order Engagement Rings offered by Aurelion Diamonds are individually crafted to order based on the Customer's selected specifications, including diamond selection, precious metal, ring size and any requested customisation.
Once production has commenced, materials have been allocated, or a centre diamond has been reserved specifically for the Customer, the order becomes a personalised product.
In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before production has commenced.
Once production has started, materials have been allocated, a centre diamond has been reserved, or manufacturing has commenced, cancellation is no longer possible.
Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact Aurelion Diamonds as soon as possible at concierge@aureliondiamonds.com.
7. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the Customer receives a damaged, defective or incorrect product, Aurelion Diamonds must be notified without undue delay and preferably within 48 hours of delivery.
In such cases, Aurelion Diamonds will provide appropriate instructions and ensure a suitable solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
