Shipping Policy

Aurelion Diamonds is operated by EC Aurelion Ltd.

1. Shipping Destinations

Aurelion Diamonds ships to supported destinations within the European Union.

Delivery outside the European Union is available on request. Please contact our Private Client Service before ordering; availability and arrangements are confirmed individually.

2. Order Processing and Dispatch

All orders are processed after successful payment has been received.

• Aurelion Collection: pieces are crafted after your order and are usually dispatched within 7 working days. Selected pieces take 2–4 weeks. The dispatch estimate for each piece is shown on its product page.

• The Vault: pieces have already been crafted and are dispatched within 2 working days of your order.

• Bespoke: the timeline is agreed with you individually.

Selected adaptations to a Collection piece may affect the dispatch estimate; this is discussed with you before production begins.

3. Delivery Times

Transit time begins after dispatch and depends on the destination. You will receive tracking information as soon as your piece has been dispatched.

Delivery times are indicative only and do not constitute a guarantee. Aurelion Diamonds is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

4. Shipping Costs and Taxes

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before the order is finalised.

Applicable VAT and other mandatory charges are included where required under applicable EU regulations.

Customs duties, import charges and local taxes for destinations outside the European Union are not included unless expressly confirmed, and are the responsibility of the Customer.

5. Insurance, Tracking and Signature

Every shipment is fully insured for its purchase value and tracked, both inside and outside the European Union.

Every shipment is delivered against signature.

6. Risk of Loss

The risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to the Customer upon delivery to the address provided by the Customer.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer, additional shipping or handling costs may apply.

8. Force Majeure

Aurelion Diamonds shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, transportation disruptions, natural disasters, governmental actions or other force majeure events.
