Aurelion Diamonds is operated by EC Aurelion Ltd.

1. Shipping Destinations

Aurelion Diamonds currently ships within the European Union.

Shipping to selected international destinations may be available upon request.


2. Order Processing

All orders are processed after successful payment has been received.

Processing times depend on product availability and whether the item is made to order.

Estimated processing times:

  • In-stock items: processed within several business days

  • Made-to-order or bespoke jewellery: processing times will be communicated individually


3. Delivery Times

Delivery times are indicative only and do not constitute a guarantee.

Estimated delivery times within the European Union generally range from several business days to a few weeks, depending on the product, craftsmanship requirements and shipping destination.

Aurelion Diamonds is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.


4. Shipping Costs and Taxes

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before the order is finalized.

Applicable VAT and other mandatory charges are included where required under applicable EU regulations.

Customs duties or import charges for destinations outside the European Union, if applicable, are the responsibility of the Customer.


5. Shipping Method

Orders are shipped using secure and insured shipping services.

For security reasons, a signature may be required upon delivery.


6. Risk of Loss

The risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to the Customer upon delivery to the address provided by the Customer.


7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer, additional shipping or handling costs may apply.


8. Force Majeure

Aurelion Diamonds shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, transportation disruptions, natural disasters, governmental actions or other force majeure events.
